Investor-Aligned Hybrid Model (Adoption + Biological Asset Stewardship)

The Adopt‑An‑Agarwood™ Investor Hybrid Model combines ethical tree adoption with structured participation in a long-term biological asset, without constituting a security or guaranteed investment.

Adopters act as Tree Stewards, while plantation operators retain professional control over cultivation, induction, harvest timing, and compliance.

How the Hybrid Model Works

1. Adoption Layer (Stewardship)

  • Upfront and/or multi-year stewardship fees
  • Covers propagation, land use, care, monitoring, compliance, and reporting
  • Establishes legal guardianship linkage to specific tagged trees

2. Asset Participation Layer (Value-Sharing)

  • Upon harvest, stewards participate in realized value via:
    • Product allocation (chips, oil, incense), or
    • Revenue-equivalent sharing, or
    • Reinvestment credits into new agarwood cycles

Value realization is outcome-based, not promised or fixed.

Value-Sharing Framework (High-Level)

  • Allocation proportional to number of adopted trees and resin grade
  • Quality-first harvesting; no forced or premature extraction
  • Independent grading and documentation
  • No guaranteed yield, price, or timeline
  • Fully compliant with DENR and CITES regulations

Ethical & Legal Assurance

  • DENR-registered operations
  • CITES-aligned agarwood management
  • Plantation-only sourcing
  • Export-ready documentation pathway

Description

What Is Adopt‑An‑Agarwood™?

The Adopt‑An‑Agarwood™ Program allows individuals, families, and institutions to adopt a living Aquilaria malaccensis tree grown in a DENR‑registered, plantation‑managed estate in the Philippines.

This is not a donation and not wild harvesting. It is ethical guardianship of a future resin‑bearing agarwood tree, cultivated using science‑guided and sustainability‑aligned methods.

The Tree You Adopt

  • Species: Aquilaria malaccensis (Bari)
  • Origin: Nursery‑propagated (Putz Agarwood Farm Corporation / Aetherial Natural Oils Corp,)
  • Status: Plantation‑grown | CITES‑aligned | Fully traceable
  • Monitoring: Individually tagged, GPS‑mapped, growth‑tracked
  • Each tree represents a long‑term biological asset—grown slowly, ethically, and transparently.

Transparent Agarwood Lifecycle

  • Propagation & nursery care
  • Field planting & tagging
  • Vegetative maturity (3–6 years)
  • Ethical resin induction (optional)
  • Resin maturation (18–36 months)
  • Harvest, partial harvest, or legacy preservation

No wild trees. No forced exploitation. No shortcuts.

Why This Program Is Different

  • Plantation‑grown agarwood only
  • Science‑guided resin induction
  • Long‑term quality over fast yield
  • Full tree‑to‑product traceability
  • Community employment & farmer participation

This program treats agarwood as heritage, not a commodity.

Future Benefits (Tier‑Dependent)

  • Agarwood chips or micro‑batch oud oil
  • Incense, beads, or ritual preparations
  • Certificate of origin & tree lineage
  • Farm immersion & educational access
