- We are projecting to generate a total capital paid-up of Php 50 Million for the purchase of Supercritical Fluid Extraction (SFE) 2-Liter Laboratory Scale Machine from Ten (10) stockholders/incorporators with Five Million (Php 5,000,000.00) investment.
- This will be a pioneering industry registration with Philippine Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Board of Investments (BOI).
- We can invite Foreign Investors interested on Agarwood Oil business of up to 40% ownership based on the Corporation Law of the Philippines.
