This new company, Crown Organic Biofertilizers Inc (COBI) is a spin-off of collaboration with a Central Luzon State University (CLSU)  for the development of Organic Fertilizers and Pesticides for the exclusive use to Agarwood (Bari) Plantation.

Crown Organic Biofertilizers Inc. (COBI) is an agro-biotechnology company dedicated to developing, manufacturing, and distributing organic and bio-enhanced fertilizers,  biostimulants, and microbial inoculants tailored for high-value crops, forest trees, and aromatic species such as Aquilaria malaccensis (Agarwood), sandalwood, cinnamon, nutmeg, ylang-ylang, and other perfumery crops.

COBI integrates scientific research, microbial biotechnology, and circular bioeconomy principles to restore soil health, improve crop performance, and promote sustainable agroforestry systems. The company supports the Crown Agroforestry Group ecosystem—including Crown Agroforestry Plantations Inc. (CAPI) and Putz Agarwood Farm Corp. (PAFC) —by supplying high-quality organic inputs that strengthen farm productivity and ensure eco-friendly resource cycles.

Terms and Conditions:

• Target of Incorporation: First Quarter of year 2027
• Main Laboratory/Operation is in General Tinio, Nueva Ecija (Region 3).
• Deadline for accepting Share Capital Contribution is on December 31, 2026 on a first come, first serve basis.
• Will only accept Manager’s Check/Cashiers’ Check payable to Crown Organic Biofertilizers Inc. together with your Tax Identification Number (TIN) and Identification Documents (ID).
• Make yourself available in signing off the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) incorporation documents.
• We are projecting to generate a total capital paid-up of Php 2 Million for the company to take-off from Ten (10) stockholders/incorporators with Two Hundred Thousand (Php 200,000.00) investment each.
