PRIMARY PURPOSE
To engage in the research, development, and commercialization of advanced plant propagation technologies, particularly through organogenesis and other in vitro tissue culture methods, for the mass production of rare, high-value, and endangered aromatic, medicinal, and forestry plant species; to establish and operate biotechnology laboratories and nurseries for the propagation, cultivation, hardening, and distribution of elite, disease-free, and genetically stable plantlets; and to provide related technical services, consultancy, training, and technology licensing to public and private entities, in support of sustainable agriculture, reforestation, pharmaceutical, and perfumery industries in the Philippines and abroad.
SECONDARY PURPOSES
- To import, export, buy, sell, distribute, and deal in raw materials, reagents, laboratory equipment, greenhouse materials, plant culture media, and other related products needed for tissue culture and biotechnology operations.
- To manufacture, distribute, or formulate organic growth enhancers, biostimulants, rooting hormones, plant nutrition solutions, and other inputs required for in vitro and ex vitro plant production.
- To establish partnerships or joint ventures with academic institutions, research organizations, cooperatives, government agencies, or private enterprises for collaborative R&D, training, and commercialization projects.
- To provide laboratory design, setup, installation, and maintenance services for micropropagation facilities, including modular laboratories and plant hardening structures.
- To conduct training programs, workshops, and capacity-building initiatives on plant tissue culture, propagation techniques, sustainable cultivation, and nursery management for growers, students, and professionals.
- To file, acquire, license, or assign patents, trademarks, copyrights, and other forms of intellectual property related to proprietary propagation protocols, biotechnology innovations, and branded plant varieties.
- To acquire, lease, or develop land and facilities necessary for the operation of laboratories, nurseries, training centers, and production sites, whether urban or rural, in support of the company’s primary purpose.
