Secondary Purposes
2.1 Land Banking & Investment – To acquire and hold real estate properties for strategic development, value appreciation, and long-term investment returns.
2.2 Sustainable Development – To design and construct buildings and infrastructure in compliance with environmental standards and green building certifications.
2.3 Specialized Facility Construction – To develop facilities tailored for biotech, agritech, logistics, and other specialized industries, in synergy with the Crown Group’s operations.
2.4 Property Management Services – To provide administration, maintenance, leasing, and operational management for Crown-owned or third-party properties.
2.5 Joint Ventures & Partnerships – To collaborate with private developers, government agencies, and institutional investors on real estate projects.
2.6 Financing & Leasing – To engage in property leasing, rent-to-own schemes, or financing arrangements for buyers and tenants.
2.7 Urban Renewal & Community Projects – To participate in redevelopment, regeneration, and master-planned community initiatives.
2.8 General Powers – To undertake all lawful activities incidental or conducive to achieving the above purposes, including acquiring equipment, hiring staff, and entering into contracts, agreements, and financing arrangements.
