To establish, own, operate, and manage advanced, sustainable botanical extraction facilities for the processing of high-value plant materials—including, but not limited to, agarwood resin—into premium-grade, traceable extracts and derivative products for sale and distribution to domestic and international markets; and to provide extraction services to third-party growers, processors, and manufacturers.
Secondary Purposes
1. Technology Development and Licensing – To research, design, develop, and commercialize proprietary extraction protocols, process technologies, and equipment, and to license such intellectual property to other entities.
2. Value-Added Product Creation – To manufacture, package, and distribute branded or white-label consumer products derived from extracted botanical compounds, including but not limited to essential oils, nutraceuticals, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and wellness products.
3. Traceability and Compliance Solutions – To implement and operate blockchain or other digital traceability systems ensuring product authenticity, ethical sourcing, environmental compliance, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
4. Sustainability Integration – To engage in and support sustainable agriculture, responsible sourcing, and environmental conservation initiatives, including integration with carbon credit and offset programs.
5. Training and Consultancy – To offer consultancy services, training programs, and technical support to third parties in the fields of botanical extraction, green chemistry, sustainability, and traceability.
6. General Powers – To do all such other acts and things, and to engage in all such other activities, as are incidental or conducive to the attainment of the foregoing purposes, including entering into partnerships, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.
