1. Brand Purpose of the Logo

The CBSI logo is a digital seal of trust. It represents verification, governance, and ethical transparency. Every use of the logo must reinforce credibility, permanence, and institutional integrity.

The logo is not decorative. It is authoritative.


2. Official Logo Versions

2.1 Primary Logo

  • Symbol + full name: Crown Blockchain Solutions Inc.
  • Used for: websites, official documents, investor decks, contracts, government submissions

2.2 Secondary Logo

  • Symbol + acronym: CBSI
  • Used for: dashboards, presentations, internal systems, certificates

2.3 Symbol-Only Mark (Seal)

  • Crown–blockchain symbol without text
  • Used for: QR provenance pages, blockchain certificates, stamps, watermarks

2.4 Monochrome Versions

  • Solid black
  • Solid white
  • Single-color emboss or foil

No other logo versions are permitted.


3. Clear Space Rules

To protect legibility and authority, the logo must always have sufficient clear space.

Clear Space Definition

  • Minimum clear space = height of one crown point (or equivalent node unit)
  • No text, graphics, or edges may enter this space

Clear space must be maintained on all sides of the logo.


4. Minimum Size Requirements

Digital

  • Minimum width (full logo): 120 px
  • Minimum width (symbol only): 24 px

Print

  • Minimum width (full logo): 25 mm
  • Minimum width (symbol only): 8 mm

Below these sizes, the logo loses authority and must not be used.


5. Color Usage Rules

Approved Color Applications

  1. Full-color logo on light background
  2. White logo on dark background
  3. Black logo on light background
  4. Single-color metallic (gold/brass) for premium print

Background Control

  • Preferred backgrounds: white, deep blue, charcoal, neutral gray
  • Avoid busy, photographic, or low-contrast backgrounds

The logo must always maintain strong contrast.


6. Incorrect Usage (Strictly Prohibited)

Do NOT:

  • Change logo colors
  • Add gradients, shadows, or glow effects
  • Stretch, condense, or rotate the logo
  • Place logo inside shapes not defined in the system
  • Add outlines or strokes
  • Use low-resolution or pixelated versions
  • Combine with other logos into a single mark

If it looks decorative, playful, or trendy—it is incorrect.


7. Typography Relationship

  • The CBSI logo must not be typeset or recreated
  • Surrounding typography should be clean, neutral, and subordinate
  • Avoid decorative or script fonts near the logo

Typography must support clarity and seriousness.


8. Co-Branding Rules

With Crown Agri Group Inc.

  • CBSI logo may appear alongside the Crown Agri Group logo
  • Logos must be visually equal in height
  • Maintain independent clear space for each logo

With Partners / Institutions

  • CBSI logo must not be visually smaller than partner logos
  • Never lock CBSI logo into another brand’s logo

CBSI must always remain identifiable as an independent authority.


9. Digital & Blockchain Use

Dashboards & Platforms

  • Use secondary logo or symbol-only mark
  • Avoid animation effects on the logo

Blockchain Certificates & QR Pages

  • Use symbol-only mark as a seal of verification
  • Logo must appear near verification statements

The logo signifies data integrity and finality.


10. Print & Premium Applications

Approved premium applications:

  • Embossing
  • Debossing
  • Foil stamping (gold or brass only)
  • Blind watermark

Avoid glossy novelty finishes.


11. Legal & Compliance Use

The CBSI logo may appear on:

  • Compliance documents
  • Audit reports
  • ESG disclosures
  • Certificates of provenance

Any misuse of the logo in misleading or unverified contexts is prohibited.


12. Brand Governance

  • The CBSI logo is a protected brand asset
  • Any third-party usage requires written approval
  • Logo files must be sourced only from official brand repositories

13. Brand Integrity Statement

If the CBSI logo appears, the data, product, or document must be verifiable, ethical, and compliant.

The logo is not a promise of intention—it is a mark of proof.
