Step 1: Base tree/farm package cost

From previous ROI tables, Estate III investment midpoint is:

  • ₱9.9M (PHP) → includes land, plantation development, and management

We need to check if the farmhouse cost is included or separate.

Step 2: Estimate farm house construction cost (Philippine market)

  • Average construction cost (mid-range, rural, decent quality): ₱25,000 – ₱30,000 per sqm
  • Farmhouse area: 200 sqm

Cost calculation:

  • Lower bound: 200 × 25,000 = ₱5,000,000
  • Upper bound: 200 × 30,000 = ₱6,000,000

So the farmhouse alone: ₱5M – ₱6M

Step 3: Land acquisition cost (2,000 sqm / 0.2 ha)
